My new Kokeshi is off to Los Angeles to be a part of the JANM Kokeshi exhibit.

LATDA and guest curator, Christina Conway are carefully selecting over 100 artists to customize creative style wooden Japanese Kokeshi dolls to be part of a comprehensive Kokeshi exhibition at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles, California.”

I love your art
its so full of life
the slim shape of this kokeshi
is different than the others in the gallerii
it fits your art just right
how did you make her body?
think one 4 feet tall would be sweet…
i want to try making kokeshi too
maybe with a wool armature
