Tonight at Giant Robot, SF

posted by Yellena in Misc.

If you are in San Francisco this evening, be sure to stop by the Giant Robot and enjoy a reception for the new show, “GAME OVER / CONTINUE?”! It’s a celebration of videogame art, style and culture, and it should be a fun time for all who attend. I will be contributing two pieces, including “Invasion” (pictured below). Here is the release from GR-SF.com:

New Print - “Silk”

Here’s my latest piece. Lots of tiny details and little hidden surprises! Prints are available in my Etsy Shop. I’ve been staring at it all day. =)

Shirts are Here!!

posted by Yellena in Misc., New Work, News

After many requests and too much contemplation, I’m proud to introduce my very first T-Shirt design!

This one is called “Breath” and it is printed on 100% cotton American Apparel Fine Jersey Tees, which are form-fitting and very soft. Thanks to Loric of Evol Twin in Portland for the beautiful screen work! The white designs were printed using discharge inks, which work by removing the dye in the fabric, leaving a much softer texture. So far, I am limited to Medium and Large sizes in Olive Green, Slate Gray, and Galaxy Blue. However, if these do well, I hope to have many more styles and designs to choose from soon!

I love them, and I am so happy to finally have them in my Etsy shop!!

PS - Wait until you see what I just received from my friendly Evol Twin!!! =)
