Solo Show @ The Fenario Gallery - Eugene, OR - Fri., 10/3

posted by Yellena in Misc., New Work, News

This Friday evening, 10/3, I will be at the Fenario Gallery in Eugene, Oregon, for the opening reception of my latest show entitled “Stasis.” I will have many brand-new original works on display as well as some of the classics. Also, I will be working with the Fenario to produce LARGE format prints from select pieces.

Check out my conversation with curator, Chloe Gallagher, on her blog page - HERE.

If you are in Eugene be sure to swing by & say Hi. =)

My artwork on Anthropologie.com!

I have been DYING to share this - I think you’re gonna like it!

If you go to Anthropologie.com, then click on the “ADORNED” link, then click on “Wonderland“… something really cool happens. ;)

THEN, if you hold the mouse pointer over the “Menu” button at the bottom, it turns into a dragable navigation window…

AND, if you hold the mouse pointer over the accessory pics, all this other cool stuff happens…

I am a huge fan of Anthropologie and I am so excited and honored to have my artwork on their site!! It was such a fun project doing these illustrations, and their web/design team did an amazing job puting it all together & making it work! Hope you enjoy it!

Happy clicking! =)

There are some nice photos from Olio United’s Birthday Party on photographer Boone’s website, here. Or, click here to view as a slideshow. Be sure to visit gabrielboone.com & check out their portfolio if you are planning a special event. The wedding shots are amazing! There are some other pictures from the party on Olio’s Blog, as well as a wonderfully flattering post about yours-truly that I just spotted. Thank you Korinne!! =)

Andrew & I had a great time at the party. Right away we met up with Molly and Luis from Life+Limb. They know everybody, and everybody loves them! Molly introduced me around to lots of really cool people, including Jill Bliss, whose TOMS shoes were SO pretty - just like everything else she creates. In fact, all of the Artist Series shoes made for an absolutely one-of-a-kind display! I was very happy to be a part of it, and I can’t WAIT to move to Portland to be closer to it all! Speaking of which… well, check back soon - surprises on the way! ;)
